1 Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Unless SUPER ADS gives written permission, each person may maintain only one account. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login details secure and promptly update information that changes.
Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or created to obtain unfair rewards, referrals, advertising or membership benefits.
2 Registration and verification
A valid email address is required. New accounts must be verified before full access is granted. Unverified registrations may be automatically removed after the stated verification period so the username and email address can be used again.
The newest valid referral link recorded before registration becomes the member’s sponsor. Referral attribution cannot be manipulated through false accounts, self-referrals, automated traffic or misleading practices.
3 Responsible promotion
You may promote SUPER ADS only through channels that allow this type of advertising. Unsolicited bulk messages, misleading claims, deceptive subject lines, harvested mailing lists and any other form of spam are prohibited. You are responsible for every promotion made using your referral link.
Do not promise guaranteed visitors, sales, referrals, income or results. SUPER ADS is an advertising service, not an investment, savings, revenue-share or guaranteed-income program.
4 Advertising rules
You are responsible for every image, headline, message and destination URL submitted through your account, including having the legal right to use the content. Advertising must be understandable to the intended audience, load reliably and match the submitted description.
- Frame-breaking pages, forced redirects, excessive pop-ups, exit traps or pages that prevent normal viewer controls.
- Malware, spyware, browser mining, harmful downloads, phishing, credential theft or suspicious executable content.
- Adult or sexually explicit material, hate speech, threats, harassment, graphic violence or discriminatory content.
- Illegal products or activity, pirated material, copyright infringement or content that violates another party’s rights.
- HYIPs, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, illegal gifting or matrix programs, deceptive “get rich quick” claims or misleading financial promises.
- Broken, blank, suspended, extremely slow or materially different destination pages.
- False buttons, fraudulent offers, impersonation, fabricated testimonials or other deceptive advertising.
SUPER ADS may test, reject, pause, suspend, edit or remove advertising that violates these Terms, creates a security or reputation risk, receives credible reports, or is unsuitable for the service. Approval does not transfer responsibility for the advertisement to SUPER ADS.
5 Advertising resources and Power Tokens
Banner impressions, text impressions, full-page views, Power Tokens and other advertising resources are site-use units. They may be earned, won, included with a membership or purchased where offered. Unless expressly identified as cash commissions, they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for cash.
A Power Token is consumed when an eligible cycler banner is posted. An unused reserved token may be returned when a new submission is rejected. Assigned impressions or views are consumed as eligible advertising is displayed under the applicable delivery rules.
Statistics are provided in good faith. Automated traffic filtering, repeat-view rules, privacy controls, network conditions and technical failures may cause totals to differ from third-party analytics.
6 PiggyBank and purchases
PiggyBank is a spending balance for eligible SUPER ADS products and memberships. External PiggyBank deposits require confirmation before they become available. Commission funds moved into PiggyBank are a one-way transfer.
Purchases made with available PiggyBank funds are credited to the selected account product immediately and are generally final once delivered. PiggyBank funds are not a bank deposit and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Report a duplicate charge or clear processing error promptly through Support so it can be reviewed.
7 Memberships and benefits
Free membership has no membership fee. Optional Pro and Elite memberships may be offered for different durations, including lifetime where available. The price, duration and included benefits displayed at checkout form part of the purchase.
Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active. Recurring advertising bonuses follow the schedule shown for the purchased plan. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the SUPER ADS service and does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.
8 Commissions and payouts
Eligible referral commissions are created only when a referred member’s external PiggyBank deposit is approved, using the sponsor’s qualifying membership rate at that time. Purchases made from an existing PiggyBank balance do not create another deposit commission.
Cashable commission balances may be moved to PiggyBank or requested for payout after the member meets the displayed minimum and supplies accurate payment details. Requests may be reviewed for fraud, chargebacks, account ownership and compliance. A rejected payout is returned to the eligible commission balance unless the funds are lawfully withheld because of fraud or a Terms violation.
Members are responsible for taxes, fees, currency conversion and accurate payout information. SUPER ADS is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details supplied by a member.
9 Rewards, games and viewer activity
Daily activities, games, cycle claims and timed advertising sequences may award small prizes under the rules shown on the relevant page. Rewards are subject to eligibility checks, daily limits, available advertisements and successful completion of the required viewer action.
Bots, scripts, macros, multiple accounts, timer manipulation, repeated fraudulent voting or any attempt to obtain unearned rewards is prohibited. Rewards obtained through abuse may be reversed.
10 Reports and community safety
Members may report broken, unsafe or inappropriate advertisements. Reports must be honest and based on a genuine concern. False or retaliatory reporting is prohibited. Votes and reports assist moderation but do not guarantee immediate removal or establish that an advertiser has violated these Terms.
11 Service communications
SUPER ADS sends transactional messages needed to operate the account, such as verification, password reset, advertising decisions, deposits, commissions, payouts, cycle activity and security notices. Keep a working email address on the account and check spam or junk folders when expecting a message.
12 Suspension, closure and deletion
SUPER ADS may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, multiple accounts, spam, harmful advertising or other material violations. Where appropriate, advertising may be paused while a concern is reviewed.
Members may request permanent account deletion from the Account page. Deletion removes the member’s advertising and access and cannot be undone. Some transaction, security or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary. Balances and site-use resources remaining in an account closed for a serious violation may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
13 Availability and no guarantees
SUPER ADS is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, hosting failures, third-party outages, browser restrictions and events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. No specific number of views, clicks, referrals, sales, commissions, rankings or earnings is guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPER ADS and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, member-submitted advertisements or third-party websites. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14 Changes and contact
Features, pricing, rewards and these Terms may be updated when the service changes or when required for safety, legal or operational reasons. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
