YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Effective: August 24, 2026

This Policy explains what SUPER ADS collects, why it is used, when it may be shared and the choices available to members and visitors.

1 Scope

This Policy applies to the SUPER ADS website, public referral pages, member and administrator areas, advertising viewers, emails and related account services. Third-party websites reached through member advertisements operate under their own privacy practices.

2 Information we collect

Account information

First and last name, username, email address, country, encrypted password hash, membership, account status and profile image URL if supplied.

Referral and visit information

Referral username, member-defined traffic source and campaign labels, referring domain, pages visited, signup attribution, IP address, browser or device information and timestamps.

Advertising activity

Submitted images, text and destination URLs; approvals and reports; impressions, views, clicks, cycles, votes and viewer completion records.

Money-related records

PiggyBank deposits and purchases, commissions, payouts, membership orders, amounts, status, payment method and the payout or deposit reference details you provide.

Communications

Support requests, account notices, private administrator notes, welcome-message submissions and other communications needed to operate or protect the service.

Security information

Login times, session identifiers, verification and reset tokens, activity logs and signals used to prevent fraud, duplicate rewards or unauthorized access.

SUPER ADS does not request or store your Wise, Skrill, Stripe or Revolut password. Card and bank transactions are handled by the payment service selected for the transaction; SUPER ADS stores only the information needed to identify and administer the request.

3 How information is used

  • Create, verify, secure and support member accounts.
  • Preserve the newest valid referral attribution and measure traffic and signup sources.
  • Deliver advertising, prevent owners from consuming their own ordinary ad credits while logged in, and provide campaign statistics.
  • Review advertising, reports, deposits, payouts, commissions, memberships, rewards and possible abuse.
  • Send transactional emails such as verification, password reset, advertising decisions, deposits, commissions, payouts and cycle notifications.
  • Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, enforce the Terms and comply with legitimate legal obligations.
  • Improve usability, performance and the range of SUPER ADS services.

SUPER ADS does not sell or rent member personal information.

4 Cookies and referral tracking

Essential cookies and server sessions keep members logged in, protect forms and remember the current referral attribution while visitors move between public pages. Visiting through a newer valid referral link replaces an earlier stored referrer for a future signup. The referral record expires after the configured period if it is not replaced or used.

Traffic measurement may also use privacy-conscious identifiers to distinguish total and unique activity, limit duplicate rewards and reduce automated abuse. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, referral attribution or other account features from working correctly.

5 When information may be shared

Information is disclosed only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, including:

  • Hosting, database, security and email-delivery providers acting for SUPER ADS.
  • Payment services chosen by the member to fund PiggyBank or receive an approved payout.
  • Gravatar, which may receive a one-way hash of an email address when an avatar is requested. A SUPER ADS Nova image is used when no Gravatar or custom profile image is available.
  • The SUPER ADS support provider when you open a support request.
  • Authorities or advisers when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or harm.

Public or member-visible areas may display a username, first name, membership, avatar, advertising content, referral relationship and selected advertising statistics. Email addresses, private payout details and administrator notes are not intentionally displayed publicly.

6 Data retention

Unverified registrations are normally removed automatically after 24 hours. Active account information is kept while the account remains open. When a member permanently deletes an account, associated advertisements and ordinary profile data are removed or anonymized as part of the deletion process.

Transaction, payout, security, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained for a reasonable period where needed to protect members, resolve disputes, meet accounting obligations or comply with law. Backup copies may remain temporarily until routine backup rotation completes.

7 Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including password hashing, access controls, prepared database queries, form-security tokens and activity logging. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so members should use a unique password and never share login credentials.

8 Your choices and rights

  • Review and update eligible profile and payout information from the Account page.
  • Change your password through the secure reset process.
  • Request help correcting information that cannot be edited directly.
  • Permanently delete your account using the Account page.
  • Ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights available under applicable law.

Transactional messages required for account operation are not marketing subscriptions. To stop all account email, permanently delete the account. Questions or requests can be submitted through SUPER ADS Support.

9 Children

SUPER ADS is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has registered, contact Support so the account can be reviewed and removed.

10 International use

Members may access SUPER ADS from different countries. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the member’s own, subject to the safeguards and legal requirements applicable to the service providers involved.

11 Policy changes and contact

This Policy may be revised when features, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. For privacy questions or requests, use the official SUPER ADS support desk.
